Texas Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association (“Association”) produces a report by the end of April each year that summarizes its activities for the preceding calendar year and includes the Association’s most recent audited financial statements.

The Association’s 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 Annual Reports are available for download in Portable Document Format (PDF) by clicking on the specific year. The Association’s governing statute is Texas Insurance Code Chapter 463.
